** Participants that live and work in Italy
*** Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for student rate.
** **An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a science related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related sciences field or a student in a archaeology related program may not attend the conference as an accompanying person. Accompanying persons will not be delegates at the conference, and will not attend the conference scientific program.
The Accompanying Person fee includes: Airport transfer; Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremony; Admission to group excursion; Admission to the Welcome Reception.
The ICAHM Conference Organizers will contact you to confirm your registration. Please note that registrations are confirmed only when payment is received. Conditions for Cancellation
Cancellation received before 1 September 2018: full refund of the registration fee less € 30 handling fee.
After 1 September 2018: no refund.
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org about the cancellation of the registration.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will be deducted.
If you are prevented from attending for a serious reason, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat to: email@example.com
Letter of Invitation
If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates. You can request a Letter of Invitation via firstname.lastname@example.org.
